The salary is established according to the Hospitality Agreement of the Balearic Islands, enhanced with performance-based salary incentives in most hotel departments. In addition, you will enjoy social benefits and additional discounts on a wide range of products and services.
Yes. All our hotels have designated staff dining areas. Depending on your shift, you will be able to have lunch or dinner during your working day.
From day one, we offer open-ended seasonal contracts, proof of our commitment to the stability and continuity of our teams.
According to the Balearic Islands’ Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement, you are entitled to 35 calendar days’ holiday per year, or the proportional part based on the number of months you have worked.
