Breakfast

In our hotels we offer you an excellent breakfast with more than 130 of the highest quality products. You can enjoy different types of coffee, tea, natural smoothies, fresh fruits, delicatessen products, different types of tortillas and eggs, national and imported cheeses, canned fish, crudites, jams, cereals and dried fruits. We also offer a wide variety of diet products, pastries, different sandwiches, bread and rolls made with normal and wholemeal flour, as well as a selection of Majorcan products, all with the maximum natural and native products.

Lunches
At Universal Hotels, we like to give our best, and what better than natural products! Most of the ingredients we use to prepare our recipes are Majorcan, cooked with care and professionalism by our chefs.
If you consider yourself a picky customer when it comes to gastronomy, take a look at the “Snack-Restaurant” menu available at some of our hotels at lunch time, you will be surprised by the quality and price of our Tapas and à la carte dishes.
Dinners
At Universal Hotels, we are known for offering our guests mainly Mediterranean cuisine with international touches.
If you are a half-board customer and your stay with us is longer than a week, you can try our variety of special buffets, Gala Night, Majorcan Night and other themed options: Asian, Mexican and Mediterranean.
We also have vegetarian options and alternatives for special needs such as gluten intolerances, etc. See one of our staff and they will gladly guide you.
We ask that people dress appropriately for dinner (sports clothes or swimwear is not allowed).
Wines
Apart from Spain’s famous Rioja or Ribera del Duero wines, Mallorca is also an excellent winemaking region with two internationally renowned designations of origin: DO Binissalem and DO Pla i Llevant.
For this reason, here at Universal Beach Hotels we offer an extensive list of Spanish and Mallorcan wines that will surprise and delight even the most demanding palates. Our serving staff will be delighted to recommend the choicest wines from our cellars to suit each occasion.
